This is a small retail chain looking for a Retail Operations Manager to run the retail department of the company.
Prerequisites:
This is a full time posision
The manager needs to travel frequently between HQ and retail outlets in the city
Suitable for homemakers returning to the workforce or experienced candidates
Have experience leading a small team
The suitable candidate should :
Experience as a manager in departmental stores preferred
Have at least three years of experience in sales and distribution of branded merchandise in a retail environment, preferably in gift/lifestyle items.
Energetic and self-motivated individuals are highly preferred.
Be able to travel to stores daily
Job Scope:
Plan, manage and be responsible for the operations of the cluster of outlets.
In charge of retail procurement for selected categories
Work with merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure that the right products are distributed to the stores to meet revenue and inventory objectives.
Collate sales, and trend data, analyse and review to meet the business objectives and facilitate planning.
Achieve top-line sales revenue and other financial KPIs.
Manage store staff retail team towards meeting sales targets and the company\xe2\x80\x99s required standard of customer service and manage critical situations
Gather and analyse industry, market and competitor information.
Plan marketing campaigns for stores
