Job Description

• Responsible for all functions in the audit of billing and pax materialization reconciliation as per cruise manifest, comparing to billing for validation accuracy.
• Report and provide any billing rectification needs immediately to the billing team. And then follow up to ensure that rectification is done and completed.
• Performing financial closing procedures including preparing of credit notes, journal entries, posting of completed journal entries, and preparing financial related reports related to audit functions for review for internal use.
• Verification of cabin rate on a per pax per night basis, port charges that needs to be charged & collected from guest and agents.
• Provide operational support to assist with the catch in the audit and billing verification to push for recording of cruise ticket revenue posting catch up.
• Provide feedbacks and ideas to improve and/or automate the existing processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Highlight to immediate superior on any non-compliance of procedures and / or irregularities in operations.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required \xe2\x80\x93 example auditor enquiries, other reporting matters, system UAT testing and assist in cashiering duties during our Natas Travel Fair.
• Any other tasks which may be assigned by superior from time to time.

• Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accountancy.
• Preferably possess 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field.
• A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledgeable in the usage of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledgeable of Accounting Software (SAP an advantage).
• Proactively and Problem-Solving skills and follow through till end is must.
• The person is able to take over multiple tasks at the same time, and capable in handle Credit related daily operations (Cruise Billing and Collection Payment Compliance) and new tasks immediately.
