Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing scheduled statistic reports, responding to ad hoc statistic inquiries, and overseeing the maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) templates and Tableau dashboards. As part of the Network Revenue team in the Marketing Planning division of SIA, he/she will ensure the availability of accurate load factor and flown revenue statistics upon request. Key responsibilities: 1. Scheduling of reports for internal consumption
- Generate full range of MIS reports (daily/ weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly) with multiple recipients ranging from Department to Management Committee to Board.
- Ensure that statistics reports sent out are consistently accurate.
2. Reporting to airport authorities
- Generate regular reports for airport authorities which require our uplift figures (passenger numbers, cargo tonnage, mail etc.) to demonstrate our compliance in operating within stipulated parameters.
- Generate relevant Departmental KPIs for monthly meetings.
- Compile and prepare PowerPoint slides, including the preparation of relevant graphs and data.
- Diploma in any discipline
- Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in generating SAP Business Objects (BO) reports, Tableau, revenue management and SQL will be advantageous
- Interest in learning data visualisation
- Well organised, meticulous and independent
