A new opportunity has arisen for a Reward Consultant for APAC like you to bring expertise to our team.
As a Reward Consultant for APAC, you will report to Global Reward and play an integral role in our HR division by providing analytical, policy and process support to Reward CoE and customer groups in the APAC region covering 13 countries. Analytical activity may include Market Data services and Reward modelling and benchmarking. You will have the opportunity to work with Global Reward on the development and implementation of Reward and HR policy and have a supportive role to Country HR Managers on the practical application of Reward policy.

Key Accountabilities


  • Reward Benchmarking / Market data provision and analysis.

  • Data / Cost modelling to provide insight to issues and support Reward policy decisions.

  • Support in the management and delivery of CoE projects within HR or the Company.

  • Provides expert advice on reward policy that is used within HR to support decisions and changes to policies due to environment or work issues.

  • Works with Global Reward to identify areas of improvement, develop solutions and proposals that will improve and maximise effectiveness and efficiencies of HR.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits.

  • HR background essential with a good understanding of the environment the CoE operates within.

  • Significant experience in a HR generalist or specialist role required.

  • Understanding of compensation & benefits structure in APAC, particularly in Singapore, China and India preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and excel skills.
