Job Description


We\'re looking for someone who can co-lead a team to decipher multifaceted organization challenges and provide pragmatic and operational advice and solutions. Your background should consist of business process improvement and / or internal controls in order to demonstrate our value drivers to our clients. The role will be expected to play a key role to develop opportunities with our existing and new clients and ensure faultless project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop risk based internal audit plans and undertake internal audit reviews of the business and operational processes.
  • Conduct data gathering and conduct interviews with relevant process owners to understand business processes.
  • Perform identification and assessment of risks, evaluation of control design and formulate recommendations based on findings.
  • Lead and manage the engagement teams in the areas of audit planning, data analysis, conducting interviews or document control designs.
  • Prepare internal audit plans, proposals and reports.
  • Work with the Director to maintain pipelines of clients and identifying new opportunities.
  • Participate and lead internal meetings to share recommendations or improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CIA is a plus).
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in business management consulting, internal audit/external audit of an international accounting firm.
  • Strong time management skill in order to work in fast-pace environment with diverse clients across various industries.
  • Passionate in building a positive work environment that cultivate an open culture amongst team members.
  • Inherent interest in problem solving, with a keen acumen for critical thinking to improve client\xe2\x80\x99s business process efficiency and process workflows.
  • Deep understanding of organization core business process, process analysis, identifying \xe2\x80\x9cconstraints\xe2\x80\x9d in clients existing workflow and develop client future state.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites / Power BI / Tableau
  • Good communication skills and report writing skills
  • Willingness to travel around 50% in a year (post COVID-19).
