Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Post Transaction BSC Review for each BSC measurement quarter in alignment with the BSC standards and processes across entities.
  • Performs Client call backs, trigger/send/review of BSC Client Survey forms.
  • Follow up on CSR rectifications and ensure all CSR rectifications are duly completed.
  • Conduct training / provide guidance to Financial Adviser Representatives / Supervisors on common infractions.
  • Provide secretarial support and related activities for the BSC Appeals Committee.
  • Perform regular/thematic/ad-hoc audit to ensure compliance to relevant legislation and company policies and procedures e.g. review of switching/replacement of policies, thematic switching, Quantum etc.
  • Review of Mystery Shopping Results by external party eg. LIA etc
  • Handle queries on BSC related matters.
  • Implement Group requirements for compliance with MAS CP which impacts BSC.
  • Stay abreast of the MAS/FAA and related regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the enhancement and UAT testing of BSC system.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as advised by Management.
Experience:
  • An executive with relevant experience typically gained within financial institutions.
  • Coverage of job experience shall include BSC framework, disciplinary and conduct framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Insurance, Financial Adviser and Capital Market regulations in Singapore.
  • Satisfy the Fit & Proper assessment on an annual basis at minimum, or when other adjunct appointments are made.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or professional qualifications.
  • At least 2-4 years\' experience in the financial/banking industry covering related areas such as BSC review, compliance, audit etc.
  • Familiar with sales advisory process e.g. Balanced Scorecard.
  • Knowledge of MAS regulations & FAA will be an added advantage.
