Safety & Health Specialist / Advisor
Job Description
s: Conduct safety audit, rectification of the safety violations and advice safety work manner. Identify and asses any foreseeable risk arising from the worksite or work processes therein and to recommend and implement practicable measures and safe work procedures. Investigate and report to Project Manager on all incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Liaise with main contractor representatives, subcontractor and relevant Authorities pertaining to safety matters. Perform daily site walk inspection findings/observation and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance. Inculcate a safe working environment and promote positive safety culture. Relevant duties as and when assigned by reporting manager.Job Requirements: Diploma in Engineering or Workplace Safety & Health disciplines Minimum 5 years of experience as WSHO MOM Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented and good team player. Able to manage contractors and consultants. Good written and oral communication skills. Able to work independently with minimum guidance and meeting tight deadlines. Comfortable to work in construction site in the western side of Singapore.
