Advise clients / customers on company products
Primary contact between internal and external stakeholders
Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Monitor projects duration to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the industry
Travel to meet key customers if needed
Perform other jobs duties as assigned.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
Min Diploma / Bachelor Degree in IT or Business
Proven work experience as sales representative
Highly motivated and target driven
Possess a goal-oriented mindset, determination, keen to learn
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Candidate with no related industry experience will be considered as junior position
