Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team at BHG Bugis Junction and Isetan NEX Serangoon Atrium. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting our products, assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the success of these promotional events. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote products and engage with potential customers to generate interest and sales.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and needs.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Assist in the assembly and dismantling of promotional fair setups.

- Train and guide new staff members hired for the promotional fairs.

- Maintain and ensure the upkeep of promotional fair booths to create an attractive shopping environment.

- Achieve or exceed the set sales target of 20,000 SGD for each promotional fair.

- Work standardized hours from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break and a 1-hour dinner break.

Qualifications:

- Previous sales or customer service experience is not mandatory but a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Availability to work during the scheduled promotional fairs.

Compensation:

- Hourly rate: 10 SGD for all hours worked.
