We are the preferred vendor of many established clienteles: for their newbuild, repair and retrofitting projects. Headquartered in Singapore and occupying over 200,000 square feet, its main operations include a warehouse equipped with material handling equipment, cable cutting & reeling machines, manufacturing and testing facilities, computerized offices and storage facilities.

Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, the incumbent will be expected to: 1. Support Sales Executive and coordinate sales-related activities within the organization. 2. Ensures accurate and timely processing of sales orders. 3. Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternate delivery dates. 4. Work closely with the Logistics Department to ensure seamless flow of delivery to customers. 5. Maintain good customer relationships. Contact customers to follow up on existing quotations, order confirmation as well as delivery dates. 6. Deal with product or technical queries which the customer has 7. Tending to phone queries, emails and messages in absence of sales representatives 8. Prepare reports to Senior Manager that include Weekly Sales Tracking, KPI and EXCO.

Work experience and education qualifications include: 1. Minimum a Diploma/ITE/GCE O levels. 2. Good communications and interpersonal skills. 3. Work independent, fast learner. 4. Positive attitude and passion in learning. 5. Adaptable, lots of initiative and willingness to undertake challenges. 6. A team player.
