  • Responsible for leading sales & marketing activities within the Bosch BT-CO, ProSound and Conference system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, customers, and clients.
  • Plan and execute new product launches, organizing NPI events, participate in seminars and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipelines, generate quotations, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting and to achieve sales target.
  • Responsible to represent the interests of BT-CO (EV ProSound and Bosch Conference system)
  • Develop & implement sales strategy to drive business growth through effective partner channel management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partners, understanding customer\'s needs and to provide guidance and sales support.
  • Possess strong leadership skills with deep understanding of channel partner management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams i.e., Regional Product Marketing to develop launch strategies, NPI\'s and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with partners/ distributors/ dealers to establish sales targets, incentives, and training programs.
  • Generate sales quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to monitor and improve customer relationship and sales process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree on commercial economics (marketing/sales or business administration)
  • Technical understanding related to ProSound and Conference industry.
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic/IT with experience in Sales and marketing environment.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales/ marketing environment.
  • Experience in managing multiple channel partners to grow the ProSound business.
  • At least 3 years of Experience in distribution/ b2b environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills in decision maker environment.
  • Good communication & written skills in English.
  • Proven managerial skills, use of CRM software.
  • Understanding of distribution or/ and project business.
  • Prior knowledge in the AV and ProSound industry is an advantage.
