YOUR ROLE

  • Coverage for Vietnam, Japan, Southeast Asia and Taiwan
  • Serve as advisor to our sales teams by answering all their sales related questions and concerns
  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
  • Maintaining systems for accurate customer data, sales records, documentations, in adherence to laws, regulations, and policies
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct packaging, prices, discounts, and product numbers
  • Gathering and analyzing data to review the company’s past and current sales performance
  • Referring to internal and external sources for sales pipeline report preparation to Senior Management
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to learn and understand the full sales cycle process.
  • Leverage ACE CRM to better support business and align country management steering to marketing objectives. Accurately track progress and share updates
  • Analyze data to guide sales process decisions and strategy. Presenting detailed insights, recommendations, and feedback on company segment sales
  • Assist sales team by coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Implementing, managing, and improving sales go-to-market processes
  • Follow-up on sales process details across time-zones ensuring contracts, documents, and client responses flow through the system as quickly as possible
  • Coordinating with the Sales Manager at all times
  • Coordinating with the Marketing team to suggest ways to improve marketing and sales campaign materials
  • Perform other duties and projects, as assigned

YOUR SKILLS

  • Min. 2 years of experience as a Sales beneficial
  • Min. 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, or similar role
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service and sales experience
  • Well-organized, accountable, responsible with an aptitude in critical thinking
  • Detail-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written) with excellent organizational skills and an ability to influence across regional lines
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet customer and business needs
  • Great interpersonal and English verbal and written communication skills
