Job Description
- Provides support for sales team
- Attend to customers enquiries and orders via call/fax/email/whatsapp/walk-in
- Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner
- Daily processing of customers' POs and invoice generation
- Arrange for e-commerce sales fulfillment
- Attend to walk in customers for showroom visits
- Liaise with logistics for delivery of goods
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by supervisor
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
