Job Description

Responsibilities: Work closely with Sales Manager to maximize performance of the Sales Department Handle various type of bookings inclusive of extension of stay, and cancellation of stay from all market segments Respond and manage all sales enquiries timely and professional manner - whether walk-in enquiry, email or telephone Adhere to rates matrix authorized at all times; Any rates deviation is to obtain prior authorization from Assistant Director of Sales Assist to conduct site inspections in absence of Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager Perform telemarketing to obtain new leads and update telemarketing report Update and print monthly corporate production as well the top 20 producing corporate account report on a monthly basis and by sales person respectively Handles all paperwork such as preparation of corporate rates letter, handles sales/administrative work, telemarketing sales, filing, updating collaterals inventory Assist to address guest feedbacks and update with clarity to Sales Manager To administer reservations / sending out confirmation letters, printing daily reports and update Daily Pick Up Reports and email to various personnel Design simple banners to be updated in social media platforms periodicallyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $2,500.00 per monthSchedule:

  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
