Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Handle quotations, invoices and arrange logistics for the company
  • Ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Contacting customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials
  • Developing and maintaining new systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports
  • Be familiar with the processes of the website to attend to customers\' questions regarding the website
  • Be familiar with company\'s products and serve customers\' enquiries
Requirements

Requirements
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration preferred
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google sheets etc
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and urgent deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong discipline and a good team player
Advantage if:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Able to show leadership skills and problem-solving ability
