Company Profile:
- We provide a wide range of test and measurement equipment and repair services to cater for your business needs: AC/DC Electronic Testers, Safety/Insulation Testers, Data Loggers, Temperature Meters and Thermal Imager Cameras, Electronic Testing Systems and Analyzers, EMC test solutions, Engineering Supplies and many more.
- Responsible for all administrative works
- Prepare PO, DO and invoice
- Monitor inventory control
- Issuing of purchase order, Track last purchase history and issue next purchase order request
- Monitor delivery process from supplier
- Check stock's availability at internal warehouse and preparing in and out of goods
- Liaise with shipping agency & freight forwarders
- To chase shipping instruction, draft BL and surrendered BL
- To prepare invoice after received from commercial invoice, packing list, surrendered bl from all the factories then email to customer
- Relevant working experience as Sales Administrators/ Administrative Executive/ Sales Coordinator (PO, DO, invoices etc) is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft, SAP (MM), CRM, Sharepoint, ERP & Oracle will be an advantage
- Experience in in handling shipping related documents, coordination of shipments & knowledge on shipping terms will be an advantage.
