Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Prepare schedule and coordinate for the order processing and delivery arrangement.
Prepare and issue purchase order, sales order and invoice.
Handle administration and support of sales & marketing.
Handle all incoming calls and emails enquiries.
Maintain customer database record and inventory control.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min. GCE O level, A level, Diploma holder in any field or other equivalent qualifications
Fresh Graduate are welcome
Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to handle inquiries from English and Chinese speaking clients promptly and ensure high levels of client servicing
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Able to deliver sales presentation, proposal and reports.
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Ability to work independentlywith minimal supervision
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
