Your challenges
The Sales Coordinator will be part of the domestic sales team and is to support the sales team and the SG sales infrastructure in general. This role is scoped to undertake sales administrative and coordination tasks to allow the Singapore sales team to be focused on sales success and for the Eppendorf Singapore sales organisation to provide best-in-class customer service.


  • Support the overall sales infrastructure, including management of sales assets, shared facilities and execution & maintenance of the sales processes

  • General coordination function for local sales & service activities

  • Support generation of quotations

  • Special projects and overflow management arising out of sales activities

  • Support the building and continuous improvement of processes and structures in consultation with the Sales team and other stakeholders

  • Support execution and rigorous maintenance of processes for the above objectives

  • Customer liaison & resolution of enquiries not limited to issues products, deliveries and other sales & service related matters

  • Check and manage all platforms related to tenders, awards and receipt of orders for onward handling with internal stakeholders

  • Generate quotations and follow-up quotations

  • Data input of customer installed based in CRM

  • Daily checks on tender & RFQ opportunities and support timely submission of tender documents

  • Coordinate sales reports in response to contract requirements

  • Support and coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, customer events and office visits by customers.

  • Perform coordination and administrative tasks for smooth front office operations, including in-office sales asset/inventory, managing phone, door, service and sales visitors

Your expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science or related subject is considered an advantage
  • 1-2 years’ professional experience in the field of commercial development, sales support, sales administration, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM and skills in Word and Excel will be added advantage
