Job Description

-ensure local business operations are in order: includes merchandising, delivery, setup-answer phone calls-provide customer service to all local and existing customers (take down the info and products)-prepare invoices and arrange shipment to customers-ensure shipment is processed accurately and quickly, chase customer for payment once due-ensure all filing of letters, invoices, delivery orders are recorded in timely manner-keep track of all delivery orders both local and overseas-assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring the execution of marketing plans-assist in providing vocational and product training internally & externally-maintain and open up new accounts consistently in the local market-commission on top of basic salary after confirmationRequirements: -Able to handle local customers and buyers-Ability to at least speak Chinese and English-Independent, Fast Learner, Responsible-Familiar with local market-Able to use basic simple office software - MS Office, Whatsapp, Wechat-Training and mentoring will be provided-5 day work week: 8.30 - 6.30pm
