Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The supports Sales team in orders processing (purchase orders, sales contracts, delivery orders, invoicing, quality claims), chasing, acknowledgments, etc.
  • Actively engages suppliers and customers in forecast data collection, planning, updates, and submissions.
  • Liaises with forwarders and carriers for delivery bookings, confirmation, and documentation of suppliers and customers’ orders.
  • Updates internal reports promptly and regularly.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superiors and Management.

Requirements:
  • Diploma Qualifications.
  • At least 3 Years (s) of relevant working experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • 5 1/2 day work per week
