The supports Sales team in orders processing (purchase orders, sales contracts, delivery orders, invoicing, quality claims), chasing, acknowledgments, etc.
Actively engages suppliers and customers in forecast data collection, planning, updates, and submissions.
Liaises with forwarders and carriers for delivery bookings, confirmation, and documentation of suppliers and customers’ orders.
Updates internal reports promptly and regularly.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superiors and Management.
Requirements:
Diploma Qualifications.
At least 3 Years (s) of relevant working experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
5 1/2 day work per week
