Job Description
SALES CO-ORDINATOR
Role & Responsibility
Report direct to project director.
Identifies unsafe practices and conditions through daily work-site inspection.
Conduct Safety briefing to workers on site
Support Incident investigation processes including Containment, corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare weekly safety inspection report.
Maintain proper records of all inspection and investigate materials
Maintain and review Risk Assessment and Safe work procedure on site.
Advise on work plan, risk assessment, Safe work procedure and other safety standards on site.
Assess permit to work (PTW).
Ensure that safety and environmental issues are managed and maintained on site.
Ensure compliance with the safety regulations and client’s safety specification
Requirement
1)At least 2 years of work experience relevant to the work in the Construction field to be carried out by a WSH Coordinator;
2) Possess knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health Act.
3) Must be a team player with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
4) Positive work attitude and able to work independently.
5) Applicant must be willing to work on 6 day work week and perform overtime if required.
Possess a driving licence is a must.
