Job Description


  • Our Client is a Japanese trading firm that provides supplies for ships. They are currently looking to hire a Sales Coordinator.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    • In charge of Shipping Documents (Import/Export), Purchase Orders, and Quotations
    • Provide excellent customer service by following up on orders, providing quotations, and ensuring on-time delivery.
    • Enter invoices from vendors into the system.
    • Create and maintain filing systems to keep invoice records.
    • Processing Delivery Orders as and when requested by the Manager
    • Other ad hoc tasks may be required.
  • Requirement


    【 What they are looking for 】
    • Minimum 1-year experience as Sales Coordinator or similar role
    • Experience in the Marine industry is preferred
    • Able to start work on short notice
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
    • Meticulous and willing to learn
  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 18:00
