They will undertake day-to-day construction-related sales activities and client relationships, and handle business-related tasks, ensuring company growth. Duties and responsibilities: . Coordinating sales & business activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies and promote company products. . Ensure Process & construction-related sales activities, identified clients for new deals, and secure contracts. . Supervising administrative staff and diving responsibilities to ensure performance . Keep stock of office supplies, and accounts, issue PO & DO, order material when necessary . Ensure handles CRM software such as ZOHO and Other ERP software. . Manage agendas/worker travel arrangement/all appointments etc . Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) . Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data . Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures . Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary . Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals . Require to visit Jurong Island and Other process sites for bill verifications . Assist colleagues whenever necessary Requirements . Proven experience as a Bussiness Development activities, office assistant, or relevant role . Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities . Excellent organizational and leadership skills . Familiarity with sales and sales coordination procedures and basic accounting knowledge . Excellent knowledge of MS office and office management software (ERP & ZOHO etc.) . Qualifications in business and/or engineering studies will be an advantage . High school diploma, BSc/Ba/B.E in engineering, office administration or relevant fields is preferred
