Sales Coordinator Working Day: 5 days Working Hour: 9am - 6.30pm Salary: $2,200 to $2,300 Location: Market Square @ Downtown East, E Avenue, Level 3, 1 Pasir Ris Close, Singapore (near to Pasir Ris) Sales Coordinator Working Day: 5 days Working Hour: 9am - 6.30pm Salary: $2,200 to $2,300 Location: Market Square @ Downtown East, E Avenue, Level 3, 1 Pasir Ris Close, Singapore (near to Pasir Ris) Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Ensure adherence to operating procedures Respond to sales enquiries/opportunities & identify new contacts Contact/interact with overseas travel agencies with the objective to establish a working business relationship to sell Resort rooms Understand fully the Club's amenities (Resort, WWW, MUCE, packages and promotions) Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients Arrange and carry out site visits to prospective clients and to travel agents Requirements Diploma in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines Good communication skills Good level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets Excellent organisational and administration skills
