JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for receiving, recording & updating inquiry register.
Coordinate with the Sales team in updating the inquiry register.
Summarize confirm orders.
Ensure goods are delivered on time.
Review and monitor set objectives and update KPIs monthly.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Responding to feedback from customers and give after-sales support when required.
Filing invoices and reports
Broadcast related inquiries & emails to designated sales persons.
Organize files/folders in the server & cabinet.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related skills.
Two or more years of relevant experience in the similar role.
Excellent computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
