Job Description

Willing to work in Tuas.

Support the Sales & Marketing, Marine to ensure smooth operation and proper sales documentation to meet sales goals. Provide customer service to all customers and maintain positive relationship.

Ordering (Japan factory and Local supplier)

• Assist S&M team to prepare quotations, sales contracts and agreements.

• Follow up with customers and dealers on their acceptance of quotations, sales contracts, agreements and confirmation of orders.

• Ensure that sales orders are processed in line with customer\xe2\x80\x99s specifications and delivery requirements.

• Resolve complaints and handle claims from customers or dealers, together with S&M and Service Sections.

• Prepare documents for engine (Class cert / Nox Cet etc / Drawing /Test Record)

• Work with distributor for sales matters / and engine delivery (exclude shipment).
  

• Process and issue orders to be communicated to respective internal Sections.

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers in other countries
  

• Submit monthly orders, sales, inventory and aging reports to Sales General Manager and Senior Manager for Management Meeting.

• Update Monthly sales record.

• Discuss with S&M team on the marketing plan for our product and/or service and budget analysis.

• Assist in updating brochures, source gifts, marketing events, etc.
  

• Liaise with Logistics Section and forwarders to get their advice on shipping arrangements.

• Follow up the export control with Distributor for each shipment.

• Follow up the L/C and T/T payments with customers or dealers.

• Follow up with customers or dealers for overdue payments.

• Arrange courier service for dispatching.

• Filing (create sales file and closing after engine shipment).
  

• O level / Diploma

• 2 to 3 years shipping experience is preferable

• Customer services oriented

• Training will be provided

• Good attitudes and cooperative (Team work)
