Job Description



  • Our client authorized distributor for major semiconductor and electronics components manufacturers. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator.

    \xe3\x80\x90What will you be working on\xe3\x80\x91
    • Provide support to the sales staff
    • Answer phones and respond to emails accordingly.
    • Ensure all order processing is input with correct prices, as required.
    • Prepare a variety of data and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Any other tasks as assigned as well as a general admin task
  • Requirement


    \xe3\x80\x90What they\'re looking for\xe3\x80\x91
    • Minimum GCE O level and above
    • At least 1-2 years of working experience in semiconductor or electronics components, and working experience in a Japanese company.
    • The ability to speak and converse in Mandarin is required in order to communicate with native-speaking counterparts.
    • Possess good computer skills, including data entry experience and Microsoft Word and Excel is a must!

    8:30 ~ 17:15
