Job Description
Sales Coordinator @ UBI near MRT \xef\xbc\x885 Days + Alternate Saturdays\xef\xbc\x89
- Process local and overseas Customer\xe2\x80\x99s Purchase Orders
- Generates Delivery Order, Tax Invoice, Proforma Invoice & Shipping Invoice
- Coordinate deliveries for local & overseas customer\xe2\x80\x99s orders
- Liaise with Store/ Warehouse on pick-and-pack
- Update inventory and Stock check
Job Requirements
- Possess minimum "O\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d Levels
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Computer literate
- Possess good English/ Chinese communication skills
- Possess good customer service attitude
