Job Description


: Provide sales administration support to sales team . Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist the sales managers to prepare corporate letters, proposal and confirmation to clients.
  • Ensure effective interaction and work in co-ordination with other Departments.
  • Attend to follow on sales enquiries over phone and emails when is require
  • Ensure the availability of up to date standard forms (Temporary Credit, Room Reservation, Entertainment forms etc)
  • Ensure phone calls are answered within 3 rings and messages are taken in the absence of all in Sales.
  • Assist in official functions whenever business requires.
  • Maintain a library of updated and relevant format letters and correspondence
  • Secretarial support to the Director of Sales.
  • Performs any other ad-hoc duties or project assigned by management
  • Key Performance Indicators:
  • Conduct site inspection ( 3 X per week )
  • Create 2 initiative per quarter
  • Assist director sales with submission of proposal CVENT.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • GCE \'O\' Level or GCE \'N\' Level (Preferred)
