Job Description

Responsibilities1 Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.2 Respond promptly to customer inquiries3 Handle and resolve customer complaints together with Sales team.4 Record details of inquiries, comments, complains & action taken.5 Price update to internal system (Monthly, quarterly or new model).6 Manage administration (e-copy).7 Monitor sales performance (weekly) and ensure department KPI are closely monitor.8 Generate sales report (Weekly & monthly basis)9 Monitor the sales team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.10 Ensure adherence to operating procedures.11 Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on sales planning.12 Other ad-hoc duties assign.Requirements1 Diploma or General Degree or equivalent.2 Knowledge of customer service principles and practises.3 Proficiency in MS Office applications.4 Understand of IATF 16949 requirement will be added advantage.Shift Type / Work HoursNormal Shift (5 days work week)7.50am to 4.55pmBenefits1 Company transport provided at designated pick-up points island-wide.2 Medical insurance and dental coverage.3 In-house canteen at subsidized prices.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per monthSchedule:
