Tell me about the job
The ultimate role of a sales development representative is to expand a company's customer base. The sales development representative will generate leads, solicit new potential customers, and connect these customers with the right sales person.
To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Developing a list of high potential customers defined as Unqualified Leads.
  • Entering a list of Unqualified Lead contacts into an email sequence.
  • Entering a list of Qualified contacts into an email sequence.
  • Attaching the appropriate message template.
  • Correctly configuring the sequence: Sent from, Date, Time, Attachments, Links.
  • Reviewing sequence performance after defined time period.
  • Building a follow up sequence for select unqualified leads.
  • Identifying Aged Qualified Contacts.
  • Managing lists of Qualified Contacts.
  • Prospecting via email campaigns for 20 hours per week.
  • Searching for contacts based on the right title like 'buyer' or 'category manager' based on company names.
Candidate Profile
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Good time management and analytical skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
  • Knowledge of APOLLO CRM is a must
