Responsibilities * Manage both online and offline wholesales distributions from end to end * Define territory strategies, account lists and quota expectations for the sales team * Lead the sa Responsibilities Manage both online and offline wholesales distributions from end to end Define territory strategies, account lists and quota expectations for the sales team Lead the sales team to sign up new retailer and distributor accounts in different regions outside Singapore Formulate strong value propositions to differentiate Sunnystep in the market Plan and execute trade shows that are most effective at driving sales revenue - in charge of sales team recruitment, training and dismissal Inspire, develop and retain high performers Maintain client relationships and provide operational, branding and marketing support with our partners Work closely with the partners for issues in logistics, warehousing and merchandising Will overcome any obstacles to achieve sales quota and revenue target Requirements 5-10 years' experience in the fashion retail distribution industry on a global scale Candidates with no fashion retail distribution experience or connections will not be considered Well connected with fashion retail buyers, big box retailers, distributors and brand agents A sales leader who can strategise, plan and lead the team to achieve the sales target Target-driven & result-oriented with proven track records Passionate about Sunnystep's products and mission Hardworking and willing to travel overseas We value our staff greatly and their happiness are of our utmost priority.
