We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.

• Reporting to Chief Executive Officer
• Responsible for Sales region in South East Asia countries inclusive of Taiwan, Japan and Korea
• Leading the Sales team on concept preparation, budgeting, proposal management, negotiation and finalization of contract
• Maintain active sales pipeline
• Coordinate with BEUMER headquarters for all sales activities and events
• Maintain active coordination and support other regional sales managers from different domain e.g. Airport and Customer Support
• Responsible to transfer projects from Sales to the project team

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of Sales and Marketing lead role for the Asia region
• Preferred industry: Material Handling and/ or Logistics
• Experience in acquiring Turnkey or System Integration Projects involving mechatronics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of commercial and contractual matters
• Experience in working for multi-cultures and multi-regions organization
