• Manage and develop business plan and strategy for target market, executing sales action plans and strategies to ensure attainment of Company international sales goals and profitability

• Prepare action plans by for effective search for international sales leads and prospects

• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans

• Provide timely feedback to the Management regarding sales performance

• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins

• Maintains contact with all customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Lead and coordinate all international shipping, distribution and delivery with warehouse and logistic departments to ensure timely delivery of goods

• Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients

• Manage the entire site experience for the company's app, including the overall UX/ UI of the interface, ultimately driving the site(s) on different platforms to operate well, and look good to consumers

• Drive the full year campaign calendar, to ensure that relevant & enticing activities are driven each month to drive sales and engagement

• Monitor and report of KPI achievements and post campaign analysis for data-driven decision making

• Able to drive strong data driven decisions, especially with leveraging analysis from past campaigns and other factors to make the best decisions on item feature and for what durations

• Strong sensitivity to real-time performance and able to make timely decisions in the moment, with data, to switch out items/ price features to drive the best performance possible

• To be involved and contribute in various projects contributing to the growth of the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in FMCG Industry

• Minimum of 7 years overall work experience, at least 3 years at Senior Management level

• Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge various international cultures

• Influencing skills and ability to build strong business rapport at all levels

• Strong organizational and analytical skill
