Job Description
- Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 + Commission
- Address: Ubi / Macpherson
- Working hour: Monday - Friday ( 9am - 6pm )
Responsibilities:
- Work with end-users and analyze user needs to develop concept, design, test, implementation, debug and commission customized solutions machines to improve labor productivity, improve process efficiency, reduce quality defects, improve safety & overcoming repair technical challenges in fast-paced production shops.
- Providing technical sales support for onsite sales trials and demonstrations
- Training of and certifying customers/end-users in the use of robots
- Providing technical services and troubleshooting support to all enquiries/faults encountered by the customers
- Collaborating with various teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues for robots on-site as well as those that are returned to the factory
- Subject matter expertise with the latest cleaning robot technology and advancement for enhancement of customer satisfaction.
- Possess diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical fields of study
- Knowledge in lift, PABX integration will be an advantage.
