Summary To increase the productivity and professionalism of our financial consultants in Partnership Distribution & Tied Distribution through engaging training programmes and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and facilitate engaging & fun learning experience in areas of professional advice, digital tools training, product training and soft skills training such as Referrals, Objection Handling, High Net Worth sales concepts and new hires' trainings mainly for our bank, FA partners, telemarketing partners and Tied Distribution.
• Plan and deploy interactive e-learning training materials.
• Implement training solutions and organize events to implement company strategies and drive the business results, which may include Tied Distribution.
• Constantly update your industry, professional and technical knowledge by researching, reading, attending professional development workshops; reviewing training-related publications; establishing networks; benchmarking best practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team’s effort by exploring Training and Development opportunities to add value to AIA, helping others accomplish related job results as & when needed.
  

• Education: Minimum Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Insurance industry preferably in training experience
• Certifications/licenses: M5, M9, M9A, HI
• Special skills: Ability to do stand-up training in an engaging manner, good knowledge of use in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Ability to use e-learning software eg Articulate, Adobe Presenter.
• Preferred: Banking experience; ACTA/ACLP
