Job Responsibilities
Direct reports to the Senior Manager.
Present, promote and sell logistics products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing ect.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
Analyse market\'s potential, trends, track sales and status report, provide regular market insights and updates to the management team.
Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer\'s quotation and orders
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, sales experience in freight forwarding industry will be highly preferred.
With Diploma in logistics / supply chain is preferable.
Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.
