To carry out account management responsibilities which include developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers, provide professional quotations and ensure prompt payment from customers.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters in respect of the portfolio of customers either developed by you or assigned to you.
Develop a trusted \xe2\x80\x9cadvisor\xe2\x80\x9d relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive management of customers.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the Products and Services according to customer needs and objectives.
Provide input for weekly, monthly and quarterly Activity Reports and the necessary plans and reports for Marine and Offshore business, as requested by the Management.
Maintain assigned customers and develop new assigned customers to ensure continuous sustainable business growth.
Communicate and work closely with colleagues from other departments in ensuring the overall Company objectives/performance are/is achieved, at all times.
To achieve the required Sales Targets.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in related field/discipline.
Minimum 1 year of successful Sales experience within the Marine and Offshore Industry, preferrably in safety and fire-fighting equipment.
Possess ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions, products and services based on customer needs.
Ability to manage multiple projects at any time while paying strict attention to details.
Proven ability to use common office and business technologies.
Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
