This position is responsible for leading sales teams to reach assigned financial targets like Sales, Margin, Pipeline, and Collection. The responsibility will include developing and driving business growth strategy, appropriate implementation, and identifying, evaluating and developing new business opportunities like IOT and Smart systems and related GTM strategies. Responsibilities

  • Identify, establish and develop business opportunities to meet all financial KPI for self as well as the Team.
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen relationship with key contractors, specifiers, end users and stakeholders through regular engagement, analysing their business need and building a strategy to develop long-term, sustainable business relationship.
  • Promote new technologies, IoT and sustainable solutions through internal collaboration with Country and Group Product Management.
  • Set appropriate financial and non-financial targets and metrics to the Sales & Specifications team in line with company objective and direction.
  • Develop detailed and accurate sales forecasts. Report and present forecasts to the Senior Management.
  • Regularly assess team’s performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and organize necessary training and coaching to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, ICT or equivalent.
  • Has a proven record of achievement in institutional sales and team management with at least 6-8 years of working experience in B2B / B2G segment. Experience in professional lighting industry or IOT solutions will have added advantage.
  • Must have strong experience in dealing with electrical contractors / subcontractors in Singapore and have thorough knowledge of contractor network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong financial and business acumen.
  • Strong presentation skill with ability to communicate with key stakeholders. Strong interpersonal capability with ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent and matured with a positive attitude, initiative and drive.
