About Sales Leader, White Label at Nogle We are looking for a Sales Leader to join Nogle’s fast growing team in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in driving white label sales to our business clients around the world. Through managing Nogle’s team of sales experts, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding white label sales targets and maintaining the momentum that expand Nogle’s business reach. As a White Label Sales Leader, you are not only acting as a sales lead for any product for any customer, because our white label products are designed strategically for high performing institutional clients seeking white label products of highest quality. You will need to be well versed in crypto knowledge, trading strategies, and technical specifications to answer our institutional clients’ tough questions.   • Sales Leadership:
    • Hands on ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, managing live and prospect accounts, and working closely with the leadership to close deals.
    • Develop mechanisms to establish new business in target market segments and enable the Sales Team to drive the day-to-day interactions that identify prospects for long-term business opportunities.
    • Leverage Nogle’s extensive partner ecosystem to help secure customers for new use cases, build scalable go-to-market programs, and further develop partnerships.
    • Conduct opportunity reviews, territory/account planning, and customer engagement planning throughout the WL sales lifecycle.
    • Possess a deep understanding of Nogle’s WL products, including product specs, pricing, fee tiers, and features, and ensure information is up to date.
    • Attend conferences and roundtables, source leads, follow sales processes and delegate sales efforts within the team.
    • Stay abreast of trends by researching industry, related events, and announcements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with various cross-functional teams (including Product Management, Engineering, and Legal) to organize and implement assigned projects.
    • Coordinate the engagement of company resources, including support, service, and management personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
    • Work with Compliance and Operations functions to mitigate risks and ensure that the client’s activity is consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management:
    • Set aggressive goals, aided by data-based insights, for annual revenue achievement against each account.
    • Lead direct and indirect sales budgets, forecasts, pipeline development, and quota management specifically for white label products.
    • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance and quality of the Sales Team, ensuring high standards are achieved and maintained.
    • Assist the Head of Sales in the performance management of your team, identifying any skills and motivation gaps and agreeing plans to address them.
    • Review and edit weekly/monthly sales reporting including opportunity and revenue forecasting.
What do you need to have: Required:
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations Leadership in a highly matrixed organization, preferably in the fintech space.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience representing the company’s offerings to senior and executive level management (both internal and external).
  • Outbound Skills: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Discovery, Sales Process, Deal Closing and Negotiation, Strategic Account Management
  • Excellent English communication (speaking and writing) skills across multiple communications channels.
  • Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced relationship management skills, with the ability to build a network of contacts, both internally and externally (clients, intermediaries, professional bodies).
  • An understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel is a plus.
Preferred:
  • A basic knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi, and/or Web3.
  • Proficiency in another language other than English.
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools (Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
