Payroll Sales Leader\xe2\x80\x93 APJ About the role The Payroll Sales Leader will significantly influence Alight Go-to-Market strategy for the APJ Payroll market further expanding and strengthening its current market position there. This is a Senior Individual Contributor role and will contribute in building a strong proposition for Alight customers to be successful, innovative and achieve their business objectives in the best and most effective manner The work you will do
Defining effective sales strategy for APJ Payroll services. For that purpose, you will work closely with international sales leadership team, to ensure growth and synergy effect for combined products and services offering
Guaranteeing the sales execution to a profitable and sustainable growth and a market share increase
Identify, develop and articulate the compelling value proposition to prospective customers and current end users
Fostering and influencing a winning and accountable culture based on: planning, structured approach, metrics and analytics, follow-up, business outcomes & consultative approaches, proactivity and collaboration (internal teams, international teams, partners)
Collaborate and build partnerships within Alight ecosystem to drive the agreed strategy, ensure consensus with the go to market and sales strategy overall
Create a trustful and respectful environment within the immediate team and the extended one. Be a collaborative member of the management team
Extensive understanding of the Payroll market across APJ
Minimum BA/BS or 4-year degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional leading and influencing skill set
Several years of sales / business development experience in IT/ERP sector
Experience in running complex sales processes and working with large international companies.
Proven selling (mainly in solution selling), influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills
Proven ability to develop and implement market growth strategies
