  • Responsible for sales activities within the Bosch BT-CO for Public Address and Conference system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, customers and clients.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipelines, generate quotations, proposals and ensuring accurate forecast reporting.
  • Develop & implement sales strategy to drive business growth through effective partner channel management with proven sales track record.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partners, understanding customer\'s needs and to provide guidance and sales support.
  • Generate sales quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams i.e Regional Product Marketing to develop NPI\'s, product and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with partners/ distributors/ dealers to establish sales targets, incentives and training programs.
  • Able to work closely with decision makers & consultants to facilitate in specifying PA and Conf solutions within project tender specifications.
  • Candidate should have the ability to professionally conduct demos and presentations to convey our products and solutions to customers.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to monitor channel partner relationship and sales process.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / IT with experience in sales and marketing environment
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in project sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills in decision maker environment.
  • Good communication & written skills in English.
  • Prior knowledge in the PA / Conference industry is an added advantage.
