About this role We\xe2\x80\x99re a brand that that moves people physically and emotionally, respects diversity and inclusion and pushes the boundaries between purpose and profit. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Sales Manager responsible for wining additional OTA & Travel Agency business for Atlas across your designated region. Your key focus is identifying and engaging with an agreed set of OTAs and Travel Agencies, sharing with them the benefits of working with Atlas and signing new commercial partnership agreements. A proven new sales track record, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. If successful, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for expanding our client base and booking volumes across the APAC region.

Internal Relationships
  • Reporting to: Head of Agency Sales
  • Working with: Commercial team, Marketing team, Customer Solutions team and Customer Growth team. Liasing with finance, legal, customer support, Product & Technology teams and as required.
External Relationships
  • Prospects & Partners: OTAs, Travel Agents, technology partners / 3rdparties, GDSs, payment partners, booking tools, low-cost carriers and their respective teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Winning new clients: Identify new business development ideas / opportunities / leads to follow up. Contribute by helping prospects through key stages of the sales pipeline and converting them to contracted, transacting clients or partners. Build positive fruitful long-term relationships with all prospects, clients, partners and industry colleagues you are engaged with.
  • Swift responses & delivery: Ensure quality and timely delivery of prospect & new client-related activities, contractual commitments and key customer agreement success criteria. Also internal reporting including Salesforce,
  • Team collaboration & support : Work closely with the Head of Agency Sales and the wider commercial team. Assist where required from time to time on any special projects, activities or programmes of work to help Atlas reach its growth goals.
  • Product Performance & enhancement: Collect feedback direct from prospects & partners and feedback solution and service improvement ideas to the product team including new features and enhancements where appropriate.

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills;
Key Qualifications & Experiences Required:
  • Knowledge & experience of the travel industry and understanding of the travel distribution landscape, travel agencies, low-cost carriers, airlines
  • Travel technology & product experience with demonstrable record of sales achievement;
  • Comfortable engaging with senior team members of prospect and client companies
Desired:
  • Sales qualifications / training programmes
  • Training in travel industry
  • English & another language will be an advantage
  • University Degree or equivalent third level qualification
