Key Responsibilities

• Leads a sales team to ensure achievement of sales revenue & market share target in assigned markets.
• Formulate and implement strategies to meet sales objective from individual account level across the team.
• Works independently on LBE and budgeting requirements with support when needed from Country Manager.
• Promote and establishes HCP education of the company\'s products and/or services.
• Works collaboratively with marketing, regulatory, clinical, supply chain, OEC and other interrelated functions to achieve business objective compliantly.

Requirements

• Ideally a Bachelor\'s Degree in a Life Science, Business or Marketing
• Min 7 years of relevant industry experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience gained in multinational Medical Device companies will be an advantage.
• Experience in the field of Cardiology or Endovascular intervention.
• Experience as a nurse in Cath Lab or Operating Theatre will be an advantage.
