Job Description

As one of the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of industrial handling equipment, our client is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to lead, and elevate the success of current team to a higher level. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead the sales department in fulfilling the set sales quotas.
• Provide direction and mentorship to Salespeople
• Establish sales forecasts, analyze performance data, using relevant CRM tools
• Design and implement a scalable sales strategy.
• Recruit, train and retain new salespeople.

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or computer science
• Working experience of 5 to 8 years in industrial and technical sales
• Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Motivate Salespeople
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking
• Experience in managing Sales Team
• Possess own vehicle

Remuneration and benefits

• 5 working days
• Monthly salary with fixed transport allowance and annum incentive bonus
