Adecco is partnering with one of the multinational logistics company who provide end-to-end supply chain solution worldwide. This incumbent is entrusted to assist with sales development strategy to increase new customer acquisitions and retentions.

Responsibilities

• Increase new customer acquisitions and retentions, and this will be achieved by identifying and developing unique selling points in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Identify and win new customer opportunities by developing a strong pipeline and executing the opportunity win plan well
• Drive strategies to establish value-creating partnerships with customers
• Transform discussions of potential opportunities into actionable future plans with customers
• Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Optimise GP and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each of our secured customers and review the procedures with relevant operational teams to ensure their comprehension and compliance with the necessary processes.
• Assists to address and resolve service issues with the customer as and when necessary and requested.

The Talent

• Possess a Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred
• Preferably 5 years of exprierence in freight forwarding or contract logistics industry
