Job Description

• Support company growth across all sectors, including ocean, air, warehousing, and transportation.
• Expand brand presence and recognition in the market.
• Identify new business opportunities within the existing corporate customer base.
• Document each customer visit with a detailed sales visit report.
• Provide a monthly sales pipeline and forecast report to the General Manager.
• Prepare customer quotations, including for international clients.
• Collaborate with customer service to secure optimal rates.
• Conduct visits with both corporate and potential clients.
• Compile bi-weekly reports on gross profit and shipment volume.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Establish and maintain strong ties with overseas agents, offices, and partners for support.
• Brief and train other departments on new business ventures and trade lanes.
• Coordinate with Operations to create customer SOPs and brief all relevant departments prior to shipment start.
• Share market intelligence with other departments, when applicable.
• Assist the Finance Manager with payment-related issues.
• Address customer complaints and feedback, collaborating with various departments to offer solutions.
• Keep the office informed of regulatory changes as per authorities.

• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma with 3-4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry.
• Established client base and strong industry connections are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
