Our client, a top marine electronics systems integrator that provides support for communication, navigation, and automation systems in the offshore oil and gas industries.Position Overview: As a key member of the Marine Business Unit, the Sales Manager (Marine) will report directly to the Sales Director (Marine) and work closely with the Head of Marine BU. This role involves driving sales initiatives and building strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Marine, Offshore Oil, and Gas sectors.Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and successfully close complex sales opportunities with both new and existing Marine, Offshore Oil, and Gas customers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients to uncover new business opportunities.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product and service enhancements.
• Utilize expertise in Marine BU products, services, and operations to fulfill customer commitments, gain a competitive edge, and drive business growth.
• Prepare and oversee the creation of proposals and negotiate contracts for management approval.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events to stay informed about market trends and identify potential customers.
• Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients as needed within the designated territory.
• Engage and influence key decision-makers at senior levels within client organizations.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management or the company.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
• Min. 4 to 8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Established sales network in the marine industry; knowledge of Maritime Satellite services is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Radio Officer is advantageous.
• Strong customer connections with ship managers and owners are beneficial.
• Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
