No Charges will be incurred by Candidates for any service rendered Roles & Responsibilities The Sale Manager (UPS) will be responsible for planning and managing direct sales activities and marketing strategies for the Singapore market. The Sales Manager is to maintain and increase the sales of the Company's range of hardware and service products to customers in accordance with the Company's agreed values, business model, plans and objectives. The Sales Manager- UPS will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales activities, account management and marketing plan, will also development and implement strategies which lead to growth in sales, profits and market share. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve and over-achieve, the overall hardware and service orders and sales target whilst maintaining gross margin objectives in line with the approved Company financial budgets. Formulate and agree the Company's sales and marketing strategies and implement and control in line with the agreed marketing budgets. Preside over monthly sales meetings which must include presentations of hardware and orders and sales performance figures. Create incremental hardware and service sales growth through the identification and development of new key account opportunities. Ensure the establishment and ongoing development of existing key accounts through regular meetings and pro-active communication with their key staff and decision makers. Create and control the Company's hardware and service sales pricing policy. Liaise with and manage external marketing agencies ensuring they perform to the Company's required standards they are productive and that their costs are controlled in line with the Company's marketing budget. Has frequent contact with the HOD regarding sales performance and marketing activities, the Finance Manager regarding financial results, forecasts, and business plans, the Marketing Executive regarding marketing strategies, external marketing agency, marketing program and events. Requirements: Diploma / Degree (or equivalent) in a Business, Sales and Marketing or Electrical Engineering related discipline with at least 5 years of sales experience (preferably in data centre/UPS markets) or Experience in management of the sales of electrical capital goods, ideally in a power protection related industry. Must have experience in the delivery of excellent customer service and pre- and post-sales customer support as well as profitability management. Must have proven track record of sales in the power protection industry
