• Spare Parts Sales and Marketing responsibility
• Achievement of revenues and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s based on target settings
• Establishment of Spare Parts Organization in the area of responsibility (South East Asia including Japan and S. Korea)
• Regular on-site visits of the RMMV dealership in the region with the target of sales support
• Inventory management;
• Application of the KPI\xe2\x80\x99s: Healthy stock, high service degree and low death stock level
• Forecasting parts demand based on fleet data by applying ABC analysis
• Establishment and leading of the internal parts and warehouse team
• Supporting of the Service Partner (SP) and follow up target fulfilment by providing the necessary consultancy. Follow up with the implementation of the Audit criteria\xe2\x80\x99s and guidelines
• Being in permanent contact with the related departments of RMMV, RLS and other suppliers in order to improve cooperation and ensure common coordination of the activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction during the product life time.
• Active Support of ongoing Projects especially in the focus country \xe2\x80\x93 Singapore
• Experience in the import/export management (EUC)
• Participating on Tenders in SGP and the region with the target to claim the contract for RSPL or his representatives
• Undertake any other duties as consistent with the position

Job Requirement

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the related field
• Competent user of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
• Good language command in English (must), Mandarin (must) and German (preferable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
• Proven experience in sales and account management
• Knowledge of the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experient in setting and following parts management related KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
• Willingness to travel within SEA region
